A short, plainly written explanation of what this website collects and why.
The free Daily Card and Three Card Reading do not require an account. Your reading, the date it was drawn and a randomly generated device identifier are stored in your own browser so that today's reading can be shown to you again. That information stays on your device and is not sent to me. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
Before a three card reading you may optionally give a first name. It is used only to personalise the wording of that reading and is stored in your browser alongside the reading itself. Leaving the field empty changes nothing about the reading you receive.
If you contact me about a private written reading, I keep the details you send only for as long as is needed to prepare and deliver that reading and to keep proper records of the order. I do not sell or share what you tell me.
Payment for a private reading is handled by a regulated payment provider and I never see or hold your card details. The question you submit, your name and your email address are used only to prepare and deliver that reading and to keep proper records of the order. They are kept separately from general site statistics and are never published or sold.
I record simple, aggregated usage information such as which pages are visited and whether a reading was revealed. This is used to understand how the site is used. I do not include the content of any reading question in these statistics.
Any reminder email service is entirely optional and is never required before a free reading. If you ask for a Daily Card reminder, your email address is used only to send that one reminder you requested. It is not added to a marketing list, it is not shared, and the record is deleted automatically within a short period after the reminder has been sent. If you choose to give an email address you may ask me to remove it at any time.
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Please get in touch and I will deal with it promptly.
