Terms
The basis on which readings are offered here.
Desire Tarot is a trading name of Anne-Marie Bond, a sole trader. The business correspondence address is Desire Tarot, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 6EB, GB. This is a correspondence address for written post only and is not a Companies House registered office. Written enquiries may be sent there, although the quickest way to reach me is through the contact page.
Desire Tarot services, both free and paid, are offered only to adults aged eighteen and over. By using this website or ordering a reading you confirm that you are eighteen or over. The free readings are genuinely free and require no account or payment. You may take one Daily Card and one Three Card Reading each calendar day.
Every reading here, free or paid, is offered for reflection and perspective. Nothing is presented as a guaranteed prediction of events, and no reading is a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or mental health advice. Decisions you take after a reading remain your own. All readings, whether free or paid, are offered only as a form of entertainment. Should you gain clarity, peace of mind or guidance to support your current situation, then take it as you will. However, anything you disagree with, simply release it.
Private readings are created individually around the question you submit and are delivered by email. One Question and Three Card Guidance readings are usually delivered within 1 to 3 hours of payment being confirmed. In-Depth Readings are personally reviewed by Stephanie and are usually delivered within 24 hours. These are estimated delivery times rather than guaranteed deadlines, and they are given in good faith. If a reading cannot be prepared, any payment for it will be returned.
When you buy a service online you normally have a 14 day cancellation period. Because readings here are normally begun shortly after payment is confirmed, you are expressly asked at checkout to request that your reading begins during that cancellation period. If you ask to cancel after work has begun but before your reading has been fully provided, any refund due may take account of the part of the service already performed up to the point of cancellation, where that applies. Once your reading has been fully provided following your express request for it to begin during the cancellation period, the statutory cancellation right for that completed service comes to an end. None of this affects your statutory rights where a service has not been carried out with reasonable care and skill, or where another legal remedy applies. If a paid reading cannot be provided at all, the payment for it will be refunded.
If you would like to request cancellation before your reading has been fully provided, please get in touch through the Contact Stephanie page. You do not need to use any special legal wording. A short, clear message saying that you wish to cancel, together with the name and email address used for the order, is enough. Requests are dealt with as quickly as possible.
The free Daily Card and free card experiences use pre-written interpretations presented by the website. For paid readings, the cards are selected by the website's secure systems from the full seventy-eight-card deck at the moment your order is received. One Question and Three Card Guidance interpretations are then generated automatically from the cards drawn and the information you submit, following the Desire Tarot reading method and style, which is based on Stephanie's more than twenty-five years of working with tarot. In-Depth Readings are prepared in the same way and are additionally read and approved by Stephanie before delivery, and may be amended during that review. No reading, free or paid, is presented as a guaranteed prediction.
The card artwork, written interpretations and site content are original to Desire Tarot and may not be reproduced without permission.
